5. The Sacraments

There are seven sacraments.
There are seven sacraments.
Baptism, Confirmation,
Eucharist, Penance,
Holy Orders, Matrimony
and the Anointing of the Sick and Dying.
These are signs of God's grace.

6. The People Came

The people came to hear the Savior
They came from far and near.
They were hungry, they were thirsty,
not a thing to eat.

And Jesus said, And Jesus said,
"Go share the bread, go share the bread,
the people are in need.
They traveled far to hear the word
let's make a great big feast."

He told them all about God's mercy,
all about God's love.
He told them all about forgiving.
Trust the Father's word.

7. Jesus Christ

Who do we believe in? Jesus Christ!
Who died to save us? Jesus Christ!
Who shows us how to live? Who cares for everyone?
Who heals and helps us? Jesus Christ!

Who is the Messiah? Jesus Christ!
Who is the Son of God? Jesus Christ!
Who brings us salvation, dying on the cross?
Forgives our faults and failings? Jesus Christ!

Who loves us always? Jesus Christ!
Who heals our sorrow? Jesus Christ!
Who is with us always, watches day and night?
Who lights the way to life? Jesus Christ!

Who do we die with? Jesus Christ!
Who do we rise with? Jesus Christ!
We will live forever, for eternity.
Who ascended into heaven? Jesus Christ!

Who gave us our Church? Jesus Christ!
Who is the bread of life? Jesus Christ!
We live together in faith and harmony.
Who do we believe in? Jesus Christ!

8. Christ Was Born

Christ was born a child.
He grew like me and you,
went to school each day,
learned the Scriptures too.

He then began to teach.
He showed us how to live.
He talked about a place
where we would one day live.

But first He had to die
and rise up once again
so we can do the same
and follow Him to heaven.

And now we share his dream
to save the world with Him.
Always do what's right.
Believe in God. Amen.

9. Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ.
His name is Jesus Christ.
He died and then He rose again
that we might share His life.

10. We Believe

Jesus is the Son of God, the Savior of the world.
The Father is creator of all we see and love.
The Holy Spirit guides us and fills our hearts with love.
We believe, yes, we believe in Christ the Light, the Word.

St Peter, our first leader, was chosen by the Lord.
The Pope is His successor; he guides our faith, our lives.
The Church is our community, we are one family.
We hear God's word, receive the Lord, and help all those in need.

I can sing a song, I can sing a song
about the Lord, about the Lord.
He is mighty, He is good.

He gives us life and love.

12. We Just Say No

When somebody asks us to do something wrong.
We just say no, we just say no.
Even when it's fun and nobody knows,

"I want you to follow me.
Honor God and serve the Lord
and love each other joyfully."

You should help them really quick."

14. The Lord He Said to Abraham

The Lord He said to Abraham, "Come see what I can see,
a land of milk and honey, a land for you and me."
The Lord He said to Moses, "Set my people free.
Lead them to the promised land, a land for you and me."

"Go ye forth to the land I'll show you.
Trust me with your life and love.
And I will make you my people,
a blessing from above."

The Lord He told the prophets, the holy men of old,
"A Savior I will send you, a Savior to behold."
The final revelation: His Son Jesus Christ;
would save the world from their sins by dying on a cross.

The Lord He said to Peter, "Feed my lambs and sheep.
Make them strong in faith and love, a true community."
We are now the witnesses of the living Lord.
We show how love can change the world, with peace in every heart.

We praise you, Our Father.
Hallowed be Thy name.
On earth as in heaven
may Thy will be done.
Give us our daily bread.
